1. Preparation:
- Ensure that the DTF printer is properly connected to a power source and activate the power switch for optimal performance.
- Seamlessly import the desired image into the DTF printer's software for precise editing and fine-tuning.
- Meticulously prepare the special coating film along with the fabric intended for printing.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure the print parameters in the software, such as image dimensions, print quality, and speed, to achieve the desired outcome.
- Ensure the printer's printhead is impeccably clean and calibrate its position for flawless results.
3. Print image:
- Carefully position the special coated film into the designated printing area of the DTF printer.
- Select the meticulously adjusted print image in the software and initiate the printing process.
- Allow the printing process to proceed uninterrupted until completion.
4. Post-processing:
- Gently remove the printed special coated film and position it within a heat transfer or thermal transfer machine.
- Place the fabric onto the film, allowing the heating process to elegantly transfer the image onto the fabric.
- Upon completion of the transfer, delicately remove the fabric and let it cool to perfection.
5. Finish:
- Thoroughly inspect the print to verify its clarity and vibrant color fidelity.
- If necessary, perform additional processes such as ironing to enhance the finish.
