1. Preparation:
- Ensure the DTF printer is properly connected to a power supply, and activate the power switch to begin.
- Effortlessly import your image into the DTF printer's intuitive software for precise editing and adjustment.
- Prepare the coated film and fabric, ensuring both are ready for the printing magic to unfold.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure the print parameters within the software, meticulously setting image size, print quality, and speed.
- Confirm the printhead is pristine and calibrate its position for flawless operation.
3. Print image:
- Position the specially coated film within the DTF printer's designated printing area.
- Select your desired image through the software and initiate the printing process with a single command.
- Patiently await the completion of the printing, witnessing your design come to life.
4. Post-processing:
- Detach the freshly printed coated film and place it in a heat or thermal transfer machine.
- Position the fabric atop the film, where the heat process transfers the vivid image onto the fabric.
- Allow the transfer to complete, then remove and cool the beautifully transformed fabric.
5. Finish:
- Inspect the final print to ensure a clear, colorful image that exceeds expectations.
- If necessary, perform additional finishing touches, such as ironing, to achieve perfection.
