The DTF printing workflow is a creative journey: design your artwork, print it onto DTF film, transfer it onto your chosen substrate using a heat press, and finish with a touch of durability for long-lasting results.
1. Preparation:
- Ensure your DTF printer is securely connected to the power supply and activate the power switch.
- Import your desired image into the DTF printer's software, allowing for comprehensive editing and adjustment.
- Ready the unique coating film and the fabric destined for printing.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Set and finesse the print parameters in the software, including image size, print quality, and speed, for optimal results.
- Confirm the cleanliness of the printer's printhead and calibrate its position for precise printing.
3. Print image:
- Introduce the specially coated film to the DTF printer's printing area.
- Select your print image within the software and initiate the printing process.
- Patiently await the completion of the printing process, knowing perfection is being crafted.
4. Post-processing:
- Gently remove the printed coated film and place it into a heat or thermal transfer machine.
- Position the fabric onto the film, allowing the heat to majestically transfer the image onto the fabric.
- Once the transfer is complete, remove the fabric and let it cool to perfection.
5. Finish:
- Inspect the print results, ensuring the image is vividly clear and brimming with color.
- If necessary, perform additional processing, such as smoothing with an iron, for a refined finish.
