The DTF printer workflow is a streamlined process: begin by crafting your artwork, then print it onto the DTF film. Next, transfer your design onto the substrate using a heat press, and finally, finish the print to enhance its durability.
1. Preparation:
- Ensure your DTF printer is securely connected to the power supply, and activate the power switch.
- Import the image you wish to print into the DTF printer's sophisticated software for precise editing and adjustment.
- Prepare your special coating film along with the fabric that will receive your vibrant design.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure the print parameters within the software, including image size, print quality, and print speed, to align with your specific requirements.
- Confirm that the printer's printhead is spotless and calibrate the printhead's position for optimal performance.
3. Print image:
- Position the special coated film carefully into the DTF printer's printing area.
- Select your desired print image in the software, and initiate the printing process.
- Patiently await the completion of the printing process.
4. Post-processing:
- Once printing is complete, remove the special coated film and position it within a heat transfer machine or thermal transfer machine.
- Lay the fabric over the film and engage the heating process to transfer the vivid image onto the fabric.
- After the transfer process is concluded, carefully remove the fabric and allow it to cool.
5. Finish:
- Inspect the printing results meticulously to ensure that the image is vibrant and bursting with color.
- If necessary, proceed with any additional processing, such as ironing, to perfect the finished product.
