1. Preparation:
- Ensure the DTF printer is securely connected to the power supply and activate the power switch.
- Import your image into the sophisticated DTF printer software for precise editing and adjustment.
- Prepare the specialized coating film along with the chosen fabric for printing.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Set the print parameters within the software to tailor image size, print quality, and speed to your needs.
- Conduct a thorough check of the printer's printhead cleanliness and accurately calibrate its position.
3. Print image:
- Position the specially coated film within the designated printing area of the DTF printer.
- Select your desired print image in the software and initiate the printing process.
- Await the completion of the printing phase with anticipation.
4. Post-processing:
- Carefully remove the printed, specially coated film and place it into a heat transfer machine.
- Position the fabric onto the film, allowing the heat to transfer the image flawlessly onto the fabric.
- After the transfer process is complete, remove the fabric and allow it to cool for optimal results.
5. Finish:
- Inspect the final print to ensure the image is sharp, clear, and bursting with vibrant color.
- If necessary, proceed with any additional processing steps, such as ironing, to enhance the finish.
