1. Preparation:
- Ensure the DTF printer is securely connected to the power supply and activate the power switch for a smooth start.
- Import the desired image into the DTF printer's sophisticated software for meticulous editing and precise adjustments.
- Prepare the exclusive coating film and the fabric you wish to print on, setting the stage for a perfect transfer.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Customize the print settings within the software, including image size, print quality, and speed, to achieve optimal results.
- Confirm the printhead is clean and accurately calibrate its position for flawless printing.
3. Print image:
- Carefully place the specially coated film into the DTF printer's printing area.
- Select the image to be printed in the software and initiate the printing process.
- Allow the printing process to complete, ensuring every detail is captured.
4. Post-processing:
- Gently remove the printed coated film and position it in a heat transfer or thermal transfer machine.
- Place the fabric onto the film, utilizing heat to seamlessly transfer the image onto the fabric.
- Once the transfer is complete, remove the fabric and allow it to cool, preserving the print.
5. Finish:
- Evaluate the printing results, ensuring the image is sharp and vividly colorful.
- If necessary, conduct additional processes such as ironing to enhance the final product.
