1. Preparation:
- Ensure that the DTF printer is securely connected to the power supply and activate the power switch.
- Import the desired image into the DTF printer's software for meticulous editing and precise adjustment.
- Prepare the specially coated film and the fabric intended for printing.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure the print parameters within the software, including image dimensions, print quality, and speed, ensuring optimal results.
- Verify that the printer's printhead is impeccably clean and accurately calibrate its position for flawless printing.
3. Print image:
- Position the specially coated film securely in the DTF printer's designated printing area.
- Select your carefully prepared print image within the software and initiate the printing process.
- Allow the printing process to finalize, ensuring the highest quality output.
4. Post-processing:
- Carefully remove the printed special coated film and place it into a heat transfer or thermal transfer machine.
- Align the fabric precisely on the film; the heating process will transfer the image onto the fabric with immaculate clarity.
- Once the transfer is complete, gently remove the fabric and allow it to cool naturally.
5. Finish:
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the print results to confirm that the image is vibrant and clear, epitomizing quality.
- Should there be a need for further refinement, such as ironing, proceed with the necessary post-processing steps.
