1. Preparation:
- Ensure the DTF printer is securely connected to the power supply and activate the power switch.
- Import your image into the DTF printer's software for seamless editing and precise adjustment.
- Get the special coating film and the fabric ready for a flawless print.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure the print parameters in the software, including image size, print quality, and speed, to meet your exacting standards.
- Ensure the printer's printhead is impeccably clean and precisely calibrate its position.
3. Print image:
- Position the specially coated film in the DTF printer's printing area.
- Choose your print image within the software and effortlessly start the printing process.
- Patiently wait as your image comes to life through the printing process.
4. Post-processing:
- Carefully remove the printed film and place it into a heat transfer or thermal transfer machine.
- Position the fabric on the film, allowing the heat to elegantly transfer your image onto the fabric.
- Once the transfer is complete, remove and cool the fabric for a perfect finish.
5. Finish:
- Inspect the printing results to confirm that the image is vibrant and richly colored.
- If necessary, perform any additional processing, such as ironing, to achieve perfection.
