The DTF printer workflow is a streamlined process that begins with the design of your artwork. It is then printed onto DTF film, followed by a heat press transfer onto the substrate, culminating in a finishing step that enhances the durability and vibrancy of the print.
1. Preparation:
- Ensure the DTF printer is securely connected to the power supply and activate the power switch to begin.
- Import and adjust the image using the DTF printer's software, ensuring it meets the desired specifications for a perfect print.
- Prepare the specialized coating film and the intended fabric, setting the stage for a flawless print.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure the software's print parameters, such as image size, print quality, and speed, tailored to your specific requirements.
- Confirm the printhead is pristine and precisely calibrate its position for optimal performance.
3. Print image:
- Carefully place the special coated film into the DTF printer's designated printing area.
- Select your image within the software and initiate the print command.
- Patiently await the completion of the printing process, as your design comes to life.
4. Post-processing:
- Gently remove the printed, specially coated film and position it in a heat or thermal transfer machine.
- Align the fabric with the film; the heat transfer process will embed your design onto the fabric effortlessly.
- Once the transfer is complete, remove the fabric and allow it to cool, setting the print.
5. Finish:
- Inspect the printing results, verifying that the image is clear, vibrant, and bursting with color.
- If necessary, engage in further processing, such as ironing, to ensure a polished final product.
