The seamless workflow of our DTF printer involves a series of meticulous steps: crafting your artwork, printing it onto DTF film, transferring the vibrant design onto your chosen substrate using a heat press, and finishing the print to ensure lasting durability and brilliance.
1. Preparation:
- Ensure that the DTF printer is properly connected to the power supply and activate the power switch to get started.
- Import your desired image into the DTF printer's software for precise editing and adjustments.
- Prepare the specially coated film along with the fabric you intend to print on.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure the print parameters in the software, including the image size, print quality, and print speed to suit your needs.
- Verify that the printer's printhead is clean and accurately calibrate its position for optimal results.
3. Print image:
- Position the specially coated film within the DTF printer's designated printing area.
- Select your prepared print image within the software and initiate the printing process.
- Allow the printing process to run its course to completion.
4. Post-processing:
- Carefully remove the printed film and place it in a heat transfer machine to begin the transfer process.
- Position the fabric on top of the film; applying heat will seamlessly transfer the vivid image onto the fabric.
- Once the transfer is complete, remove the fabric and allow it to cool down, thereby securing the print.
5. Finish:
- Inspect the final print to ensure clarity and vibrant color delivery.
- If necessary, proceed with any additional post-processing, such as ironing, to perfect the print.
