1. Preparation:
- Ensure that your DTF printer is securely connected to the power supply and activate the power switch to commence operations.
- Import your desired image into the DTF printer's sophisticated software for precise editing and meticulous adjustments.
- Ready the specially coated film alongside the fabric poised for printing.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure the meticulous print parameters within the software, including image dimensions, print quality, print speed, and more.
- Assure that the printhead of your printer is immaculate and carefully calibrate its position for optimal performance.
3. Print image:
- Position the specially coated film into the designated printing area of the DTF printer.
- Select your print image within the software and initiate the printing process.
- Allow the printer to complete its task as you await the culmination of the printing.
4. Post-processing:
- Gently remove the printed special coated film and position it within a heat transfer or thermal transfer machine.
- Place the fabric atop the film, as the heat process elegantly transfers the image onto the fabric.
- Following the transfer's completion, remove the fabric and allow it to cool to ensure optimal results.
5. Finish:
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the printing results to confirm that the image is crisp and radiantly colored.
- If necessary, perform additional processing such as ironing to perfect the finish.
