1. Preparation:
- Ensure the DTF printer is properly connected to a power source and activate the power switch.
- Import the desired image into the DTF printer's software to facilitate editing and adjustments.
- Prepare the specialized coating film along with the fabric that is to be printed.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure the printing parameters within the software, including image dimensions, print quality, and speed.
- Verify that the printer's printhead is clean and accurately calibrated for optimal position.
3. Print image:
- Position the specially coated film within the DTF printer's designated printing area.
- Choose the print image in the software and initiate the printing process.
- Allow time for the printing process to reach completion.
4. Post-processing:
- Extract the printed coated film and place it into a thermal transfer or heat transfer machine.
- Align the fabric on the film, and proceed with heating to seamlessly transfer the image to the fabric.
- Upon completion of the transfer, remove the fabric and let it cool down.
