1. Preparation:
- Ensure your DTF printer is securely connected to the power supply. Switch on the power to begin.
- Upload your image into the DTF printer's software for intuitive editing and fine-tuning adjustments.
- Ready the specialized coating film along with the fabric you intend to print on.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure print parameters such as image size, quality, and speed in the software to ensure optimal results.
- Verify that the printhead is immaculate and precisely calibrate its position for flawless printing.
3. Print image:
- Position the specially coated film within the printing area of your DTF printer.
- Choose your prepared print image in the software and commence the printing process.
- Allow the printer to complete the image transfer seamlessly.
4. Post-processing:
- Carefully remove the printed film and set it within a heat transfer or thermal transfer machine.
- Align the fabric onto the film as the heat process transfers the vibrant image onto your fabric.
- Once the transfer is finalized, gently remove the fabric, allowing it to cool.
5. Finish:
- Assess the printing outcome to ensure the image's clarity and captivating color richness.
- If necessary, proceed with any additional processing, such as a touch of ironing for perfection.
