1. Preparation:
- Ensure the DTF printer is securely connected to the power supply and activate the power switch to get started.
- Import your chosen image into the DTF printer's software for effortless editing and precise adjustments.
- Ready your special coating film and choose the fabric to be adorned with your design.
2. Adjust the print settings:
- Configure the print parameters in the software, such as image size, print quality, and speed, to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain a clean printhead and carefully calibrate its position for precision printing.
3. Print image:
- Properly position the specially coated film within the DTF printer's printing area.
- Select and send your print image from the software to initiate the printing process.
- Allow the printer to complete the process, ensuring every detail is captured flawlessly.
4. Post-processing:
- Carefully remove the printed film and place it into a heat transfer or thermal transfer machine.
- Position the fabric onto the film to allow the heating process to transfer the image seamlessly.
- Once the transfer is complete, remove and cool the fabric for a stunning finish.
5. Finish:
- Inspect the printing results to ensure the image is vivid and bursting with color.
- If necessary, proceed with any additional finishing processes, such as ironing, for perfection.
